Employee management

Employee management

One record per person that payroll, attendance and compliance all read from — including the documents that expire and the consent the law requires before you enrol a face.

The record everything else depends on

One record, read everywhere

Designation, department, branch, area, shift, joining date, contract, basic and allowances. Attendance, payroll and end-of-service all calculate from the same fields, so there is nowhere for two versions to disagree.

Documents with a vault behind them

Six statutory documents tracked for expiry, plus unlimited free-form documents with your own titles, numbers and notes. Files are served per tenant, not from a shared folder.

Expiry you find out about early

Colour-coded states against a threshold you set, counted on the dashboard. A visa that lapses is an operational problem long before it is an HR one.

Consent before biometrics

Face enrolment is refused until UAE PDPL consent is recorded against the employee, and the timestamp survives deletion of the biometric data itself.

Self-service that removes questions

Staff check their own hours, leave balance, documents and payslips. Most of what fills an HR inbox is someone asking a question they could answer themselves.

Lifecycle, not just a list

Recruitment, onboarding, performance, discipline and offboarding hang off the same record, so a hire becomes an employee and a leaver becomes a settlement.

Documents and visa compliance

The part of employee management that carries a deadline.

What the employee sees

Self-service is where most of the repetitive questions go to die.

Frequently asked questions

Identity and contact details, designation, department, branch and area, shift and schedule, joining date, contract period, basic salary and allowances, work mode, and the documents that belong to them.

Passport, Emirates ID, residence visa, labour card, medical insurance and employment contract, each with a colour-coded state, plus an unlimited free-form vault for anything else you need to keep.

The threshold is yours to set. Documents are shown as expired, expiring within your window, valid, or not on file — and the dashboard carries a count of each so it is not something you have to go looking for.

Yes, and it is enforced rather than advised. Enrolment is refused until the employee's UAE PDPL consent is recorded, and deleting their face data keeps the consent timestamp for the audit trail.

They can see their record, their documents, their payslips and their leave balance in self-service, and raise requests. Changes to the record itself stay with HR.
